I am an administrative professional, with experience in Executive Assistance,
Facilities Management, Team Support, and Corporate Administration.
I am proud to boast working with some of the world’s most trusted and well known brands, gaining experience not only in the products of the companies I have worked for, but the culture, systems and processes these corporate leaders adopt.

Day-to-day calendar and travel management ensuring your commitments are met and your workflow is prioritised accordingly.

  • I have experience with IM software and Video conference applications.

  • Skype, Google Hangouts, GoTomeeting both on PC and mobile platforms.
     

File Sharing/Backup

  • Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive both on PC and mobile platforms

  • If there is a need I can access a computer remotely.  I use Teamviewer, Google Hangouts, Skype, GoTomeeting for this.

 

CRM

  • I have experience with SalesForce, ACT, InSightly and ProsperWorks.


EDM (Electronic/Email Direct Marketing)

  • I have experience with database and list management via Excel, CSV, TXT and integration with MailChimp and GetResponse.

 

Task/Time management

  • I track all clients’ work using the YAST time tracking tool for ease of productivity and billing.

Website Administration

  • Website structure and administration via Wordpress

  • Website creation using WIX
